Items must be returned new, unused and with all labels and tags still attached. As to other packaging such as: Dust bags, designer item boxes etc., should be returned in their original packing to ensure they are protected in shipping process. Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All undergarments, swimwear, bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear without removing the protective seal. Stockings, socks and tights can not be returned if package has been opened. All shoes must be tried on smooth surfaces. Shoes should be returned unmarked and original, undamaged shoe box. Shoes that are returned without box, in a damaged condition with marked soles may not be accepted. Youthful Moments shipping varies per item. We sell activewear, swimwear, footwear, travel gear and accessories for the whole family, in sizes from baby 0-24 months through XS-6XL, including coordinated youth and adult styles. Many items are made to order through our print-on demand partners. Product photos are representative colors many vary slightly by screen. 3. Pricing and payment. All prices are in USD. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal at checkout, and every payment is processed securely. Eligible orders can be split into 4 interest-free payments with PayPal Later, Afterpay, or Affirm at checkout. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. 4. Orders. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 (or have a parent or guardian's permission) and that your details are accurate. We may cancel or limit any order - for example for suspected fraud or errors - and will refund in full. 5. Shipping. Because many items are made when you order, please allow approximately 7-10 business days for production and delivery. Never expire and are redeemable only here online at Youthful Moments. They can't be redeemed for cash except where the law requires. 8. Product use. Our apparel is everyday activewear, not protective or safety equipment. Follow the instructions on each garment label. 9. Acceptable use . You agree not to misuse the site - including fraud, scraping, interfering with its operation or posting unlawful content. 10. Intellectual property.
