Terms of Service - Youthful Moments, LLC 1. Who we are . This store is operated by Youthful Moments, LLC. ("Youthful Moments," "we," "us"). Contact: Youthfulmomentsllc@gmail.com 2. Products. We sell activewear, swimwear, footwear, travel gear and accessories for the whole family, in sizes from baby 0-24 months through XS-6XL, including coordinated youth and adult styles. Many items are made to order through our print-on demand partners. Product photos are representative colors many vary slightly by screen. 3. Pricing and payment. All prices are in USD. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal at checkout, and every payment is processed securely. Eligible orders can be split into 4 interest-free payments with PayPal Later, Afterpay, or Affirm at checkout. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. 4. Orders. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 (or have a parent or guardian's permission) and that your details are accurate. We may cancel or limit any order - for example for suspected fraud or errors - and will refund in full. 5. Shipping. Because many items are made when you order, please allow approximately 7-10 business days for production and delivery. Shipping cost, free-shipping threshold, international availability differs depending on the size of your package and where the merchandise will be shipped. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships. We aren't responsible for delays caused by carriers. 6. Returns and exchanges. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery: items must be unworn and unused with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, swimwear must have protective liners intact; shoes must be returned in their original box, undamaged. Return shipping is covered by us. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return. Gift cards are non-refundable. 7. Gift cards. Gift cards are available from $50 - $250. Never expire and are redeemable only here online at Youthful Moments. They can't be redeemed for cash except where the law requires. 8. Product use. Our apparel is everyday activewear, not protective or safety equipment. Follow the instructions on each garment label. 9. Acceptable use . You agree not to misuse the site - including fraud, scraping, interfering with its operation or posting unlawful content. 10. Intellectual property. All site content, designs, logos, and our "Wear the Moment. Live the Youth" branding belong to Youthful Moments, LLC. Please don't copy or reproduce them without permission. 11. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or our products is limited to what you paid for order at issue. 12.
